L’ECOLE DE DESIGN NANTES ATLANTIQUE

L’École de design Nantes Atlantique is a private higher education institution founded in 1988 and still managed by the Nantes Chamber of Commerce and Industry. 950 students are currently enrolled in the school. The 5-year curriculum is state-approved and its degree is certified by the Ministry of Higher Education. The school is a member of the “Conférence des Grandes Écoles” and of the Cumulus network (an international association of universities and colleges of art, design and media). Each year an average of 10 to 20 pupils win national and international design awards. Graduates work for multi-national corporations (Lego, Kenwood, Décathlon, Smoby, Seb, Maped, Aigle), as well as agencies or companies all over France.

CHINA CAMPUS

Since 2008, L’Ecole de design Nantes Atlantique has a new subsidiary in China. Based first on Qingdao University Campus, this subsidiary is currently located in Shanghai, in partnership with the University of Shanghai. The program hosts 60 students during 2 years.

Dates of programme:

- 1^st semester: from the beginning of September to mid-February
- 2^nd semester: from mid-February to the end of June
- 3^rd semester: from the beginning of September to mid-February
- 4^th semester: from mid-February to the end of June

Programme content:

- 1^st semester: internship in a China based company
- 2^nd semester: class (project management, business, general knowledge)
- 3^rd semester: final year project
- 4^th semester: internship

Conditions of admission:

- having a bachelor degree in design studies
- speak English
- this programme is opened to all nationalities
